Do I need a passport to buy the UAE eSIM?

It is not necessary to show your passport when buying eSIMs at uaeesim.com.

The 1 day validity period refers to a “natural” or calendar day rather than a 24-hour period. So for example, if you install the eSIM at 6pm, the validity will end at 11:59pm that same day, not 24 hours later.

For your travels, we recommend using an eSIM if your device supports them.

The 1 day plan provides data only – you will not receive a UAE phone number. However, you can use apps like WhatsApp to make calls over WiFi/data.

No, it is not possible to extend the 1 day validity period. You would need to purchase a new plan for extended usage, like the 3 day or 5 day plan.

No, there are no limits on using the data for tethering/hotspot to share your internet connection with other devices.
